Model, philanthropist, and former Miss South Africa, Liesl Laurie, was announced as one of the official judges for Miss South Africa 2022.
Laurie was crowned Miss South Africa in 2015.
She was one of the Top 10 finalists at Miss World and became the Continental Queen of Africa, the contestant who was placed the highest of all the African contestants.
Liesl took to her social media to share the news as she is happy about the new journey.
She wrote: “Swipe for suprise #MissSA2022 👸🏾Let me know who you are rooting for in #MissSA2022. A new journey had begun & this is such a special journey to be a part of. Sitting on in this panel with the caliber of women I sit next to is not something I take for granted. I understand that this is a huge job interview and I encourage all the entrants to treat it as such ❤️All the best to all that have entered. I look forward to meeting all of you. P.S.
