2023: Foluke Daramola Denies Receiving Money To Endorse Tinubu

Nollywood actreess, Foluke Daramola-Salako has reacted to backlash at her and her colleague for singing Tinubu’s reward in a viral video.

The viral video had Nollywood stars, Foluke daramola and Mr Ibu chanting, “Asiwaju Bola Tinubu”.

Nigerians took offence at it and knocked the celebrities within the video.

The critics accused them of receiving cash to endorse Tinubu.

Reacting, Foluke stated she didn’t obtain any cash to endorse any candidate, including that she and her colleagues had been current on the occasion to advocate for peace within the society.

In line with her, the gathering had nothing to do with politics or endorsing Tinubu’s candidacy for presidency in 2023.

The 43-year-old actress stated although she’s a card carrying member of the APC, she had not endorsed anybody but.

In a video on her Instagram web page, the actress stated: “I have to set the report straight, I by no means endorse anybody, please dont get issues twisted.

“What we went to do yesterday had nothing to do with politics, we’re in a bunch advocating for peace and unity in Nigeria

“Though Im a card carrying member of APC, we didn’t go within the capability of endorsing Asiwaju Tinubu for President and it was not a Nollywood factor.

“I used to be not paid in anyway for this, it was meant to be a unity and peace marketing campaign nothing extra.

“Dont allow us to get it twisted, it doesn’t have something to do with politics or Nollywood, lets be guided!”
